Cascade Engraving & Awards has been in the awards business since March, 1986.  This year we celebrated 21 years of serving our original clients who started this business along side us, with their engraving & award needs.

Our staff is active in community and national organizations and we belong to many industry associations.  The Owner has achieved Certified Recognition Specialist status in the Awards & Recognition Association.  We have gathered a wide industry knowledge base gained over our many years in the awards and engraving industry and have written educational articles for trade journals.  We put this knowledge to work for you every day by providing solutions to your project requests. Think of our staff as a giant Rolodex working for you!

On our website, and in our showroom, you're going to find that Cascade Engraving & Awards, LLC is not your standard awards/engraving provider.  We do things quite differently than where you may have shopped before.  Our clients, and their satisfaction in our service, product & quality is very important to us. 

We'll offer you options you never thought of to make your project that little bit better.    Our products are diverse, so you won't find many stock catalog photos on our website, or stock items in our showroom.  We take the normal type of award items we provide for our clients to an unexpected level and add a detail or two that new clients don't expect.  From selection of product, to encouraging you to say what you really want to rather than counting letters (wording is included in our pricing), you'll find the finished product outshines your expectations.   Many of the items we provide clients can not be found in a catalog because we create them as your project requires.

Hours

Due to a family medical situation, our showroom hours are curtailed while rehabilitation requires the owners presence.  Our showroom hours starting June 12, 2007 will be 9:30 am - 3:00pm Tues - Friday.   Messages received outside of showroom hours will be returned as soon as possible. If you are unable to come in during our shortened showroom hours, with just a phone call we can make an appointment outside of those hours to serve you.

New showroom address (map & directions)   Our showroom is located at 18 Hayden Bridge Way, Springfield, OR 97477.  We are located just west of the new roundabout on Pioneer Parkway in Springfield.  Our showroom is located in a white house with green trim, two houses to the west from the west exit of the roundabout, on the north side of Hayden Bridge Way.

Many of our potential clients do not realize that we carry so many different products, such as metal stamping kits, ADA Braille signage, silver plate repair and re-plating services, cast bronze and aluminum signage, custom cut out designs for plates or acrylic awards - you'd be amazed at what services and products we provide during our average working day.  Give us a call, come in to our showroom or send us an e-mail or fax with your project ideas and we'll provide you with an outstanding finished product.
