Welcome to Cascade Engraving & Awards, LLC.
This year, we are celebrating 25 years of serving our original clients, many of who are still with us, as well as welcoming new clients. As we move through our 25th year, we have decided to make some changes to better serve our clients and to concentrate on doing what we do best, which is to provide customized service and products to our clients.
Effective July 14th,2011, we will no longer have a physical retail showroom. Instead, we will be interacting with our clients by meeting personally with them on request, providing a pick up service when items need to be brought to us for marking, and delivery service when it is time to return those items. Orders submitted locally will be delivered.
Orders from our clients outside our local area will still have daily shipping services.
Over the next year, we will taking advantage of the age of digital technology and make changes to our website to offer hard to find items and services. Even though we won't have a physical showroom, we will be building a virtual showroom. If client's would like to see actual samples of items, we will be happy to provide that option and bring it to you to view, or use other options to get samples to our client's.
This changeover is exciting for us and we can't wait to make the switchover to our new service style. So far, feedback from our current clients has been very positive. We'd love to hear from you on how you like our new service once it is underway for a while. For those who are clients now, don't worry. We're still here for you when you need us.

For new client's, you will find that Cascade Engraving & Awards, LLC is not your standard awards and/or engraving provider. We do things quite differently than where you may have shopped before. Our clients, and their satisfaction in our service, product & quality is very important to us and we look forward to providing you with the best in customer service and outstanding product quality.
We'll offer you options you perhaps never thought of to make your project that little bit better. Our product line is diverse. We take the normal type of award items we provide for our clients to an unexpected level and add a few details that clients don't expect. From selection of product, to encouraging you to say what you really want to rather than counting letters (wording is almost always included in our pricing), you'll find the finished product outshines your expectations.
Below are categories of product samplings. This is, by far, not all the products we provide. We are not able to show all the items that we could produce for you on our website, but perhaps the categories below will give you some ideas. If you are looking for that special something to complete your project, give us a call and let's discuss it and see what solutions we can put together for you.

Many of our potential clients do not realize that we carry so many different products, such as ADA Braille signage, silver plate repair and re-plating services, cast bronze and aluminum repair and refinishing services, custom cut out designs for plates or acrylic awards - you'd be amazed at what services and products we provide during our average working day.
